For everyone who is struggling, at the end of the video, when it says Log in press done then it should say stuff to add to iPad then it will say Welcome to iPad and you can bypass but.. If you’re lucky, here are some steps! 1. Charge iPad (IOS 9.3.5 to IOS 14.7.2. Only works) 2. Go to Select Country Region 3. Now, when it says Activation Lock page, press home button then it says iPad not set up, press start over. 4. Put Wi-Fi DNS code: 104.161.087.321 5. Keep doing it 3 times 6. Then it should say Data and Privacy 7. Do all the things 8. It should say Welcome to iPad 9. ✅ have fun! With the memories on there!
